if the husband and wife clearly understood
that they are on the same side.”

The MinistryWe are aware that there are some personalities that have a hard time agreeing with one another. It is even more difficult when you share the same work space, dwelling, or even bloodline. That sounds extremely ambiguous, but so is the world we try to function in from day to day. So what does that say about the people we come in contact with? It takes many personalities to make the world go around, and every type of relationship contributes to its rotation. More...

Marriage CounselingMarriage is ministry. So, what exactly does that mean? We believe that the ministry is the work that goes into creating a Godly marriage, creating and maintaining a redemptive atmosphere. We can also get an answer from Ephesians 4:12-16. Simply paraphrased, we will assist you to discover the ministry (the work) that will help you to grasp the covenant of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature in strength, to the degree of stature of the fullness of Christ. As a result, you will no longer be as children who can be tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of belief, attitude, opinion, or value system created through human manipulation (cunning, trendy, and deceitful schemes). Instead, speaking the truth in love, you will grow up in every way reliant on Him who is the head, dependent to Christ, from whom the whole [marriage] is joined together and connected by every joint with which it is equipped, as [each person] effectively does [their] work, making the [marriage] grow while building itself up in love. (Paraphrased from Ephesians 4:12-16)

B2B Is A Relationship, Not A Sale.Your customers are not dollar signs. In fact, the potential of making money is great, but it is not what keeps the doors open for many proprietors and corporations. How do these mom and pop stores remain open in the face of struggling economy? Better yet, why do they die out once the owner is no longer able to keep the business running themselves? It is not always the loss of market or the cost of operations as much as it is the community losing the presence of a genuine relationship. Many of us have stories about the neighborhood candy lady or the dilapidated corner gas station we walked to as children for our snacks. Why do we hold on to these memories? RELATIONSHIP!

If you think back over it, there was some form of connection tied to your frequenting these places. The owners may have tolerated you and your eight or more friends coming in all at once disturbing the other adult customers. Some can remember the owners taking a personal interest in their life? Remember these? "How was school today? Let me see your report card and I might have an extra treat for you. Don't worry about the change, I have it. You hangin' around that bad apple crew?" When your business is tied to a relationship, chances are your customer base will be proof of its survival.
