I understand that by typing my name to complete this Electronic Signature Retreat Agreement below, I am providing an electronic signature to allow B&F Ministry to provide me with booking services for the retreat. By forwarding my e-signature, I am requesting that B&F Ministry forward my written agreement to reserve a room for myself and my spouse. I also agree to the payment option terms, and I fully understand that the cancellation policy provided is according to the venue and not that of B&F Ministry. In addition, I understand that my accommodations are not reserved with B&F Ministry until at least the first initial deposit of $150 is received by its specified deadline. I underestand that B&F Ministry will send conformation to the email address I have provided that will disclose my registration information, choice of activity, and payment received. By signing this Electronic Signature Retreat Acknowledgment, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding. *
