Our Vision
To offer intensive biblical instruction and coursework that provides opportunities for the development of personal and/or professional relationships.
Our Philosophy
"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer." Psalms 14:19
Our ministry is wrapped completely, lovingly, abundantly into this scripture. Why? BECAUSE WORDS ARE POWERFUL! Think about it. The universe, the earth, and mankind was created with this one simple tool. However, our adversary has strategically managed to turn this God-given power into a weapon by influencing us to use it recklessly towards one another and worst of all to our Creator. How ingenious of a plot! Thankfully, our Father was one step ahead and declared that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Even if it is a weapon we ourselves already possess.
Our words have the same power as our Father, but as sin would have it we've lost the level of accountability such a power carries. Psalm 19:14 brings back the accountability and reverence expected of God's chosen people. Plain and simple, we need to be responsible for what comes out of our mouths. The very things we speak will come to life at some point in time. Often times, it comes when we least expect it and not prepared for the results of the reckless expressions of our thoughts, emotions, and ideas.
Let the words of my mouth: humility and reverence for the power
And the meditation of my heart: transparency of our intentions/will
Be acceptable in Thy sight: accountability to the One who gave us the power
O Lord: recognition of who the power comes from
My rock/strength: recognizing where our strength to use the power properly comes from
My Redeemer: recognizing that even when we mess it up we are not out. God will forgives us, redeem us, and put us back out on the battlefield to continue to show others how to use this power... properly.
When we look at ourselves through the eyes of our Father, we can be more accepting of others.
